He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Waterman and Leona "Lee" Waterman (Brousseau); and his brother Earl Waterman. He is survived by: his wife Judi Waterman; his children, Dana Seeley (Keith), Leslie Waterman (Joe Williams) and Jon Bouffard (Liz Paterson); his grandchildren, Runa, Lee (Michelle), Bri, Andrew, Dan, Joslin, Michael, Shea, Collin and Owen; his brothers, Asa Waterman Jr. (Pat), Robert "Bob" Waterman (Linda) and Bruce Waterman (Dara Myers); and his nieces and nephews, Kristy, Asa III, Roger, Lance, Daniel, Craig, Jeremy, Adrian, Olivia, Taylor and Shelby. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; brother and sister in-laws; several cousins; and many friends.
