She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Carpenter; her sons, James H. Carpenter (Maureen), Charles E. Carpenter and Scott A. Carpenter (Bridgette); and her siblings, Alton B. Crawford and Shirley E. Jarmalowitz. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
