He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Green and Angie E. Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Horne; and his children, Marlene Hart of Jericho, Susan Patterson (David) of Clarksville, NH and Maynard John Green of South Duxbury. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Central Vermont Humane Society at central Vermont humane.org, Maynard had a deep affection for animals, and supporting this cause would be a fitting tribute to his memory.
