He was predeceased by: his parent Elmer Perkins; his daughter Bethany FitzGerald; and his siblings, Doris Perkins, Avis Perkins, Arlene Perkins and Dean Perkins.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Perkins (Buchman); his spouse Janet R. Barrett; his granddaughters, Hannah FitzGerald of Burlington and Jamie Viens; his husband Kevin; his sister Dorothy Backus of Randolph; his son-in-law Joel FitzGerald of Burlington; and also, Keaton of Duxbury and Lexi of Duxbury.
