Harney (Waterbury, Vermont), born in Greensboro, Vermont, who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spiers and Grace Spiers (Alston). She is survived by: her close friends, Diann Ward of Vershire and Pat Couture of Bethel.
