He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Brown and Glenola Brown (Sayers); his brother Ira Brown; and his siblings-in-law, William Russell and Connie Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Kathy Brooks (Bruce Brooks) and Kristina Swinchoski (Robert Swinchoski); his granddaughters, Jamie Burgman (Antwain Burgman) and Kayla Brooks (Mitchell Chadwick); his great grandchildren, Joshua Welch and Paisley Chadwick; his sisters, Chila Russell and Sharon Hanley (Robert Hanley); and his nieces and nephews, Susan Vanderhoof, Sheila Colombe (Walter Colombe), Steven Swinchoski (Alice Swinchoski), Christopher Surgen and Phil Surgen.
