He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Vermette and L. Olive Vermette (Blanchard); his brothers, Leo, Phil and Doug; and his siblings-in-law, Rex Wadkins and Joanne Vermette.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Vermette of Washington; his children, Philip Vermette (Carol Brouillette) of Washington, Laurel Vermette and Holly Bailey (Michael) of Williamstown; his grandchildren, Luke, Ryan Pappas, Evan and Piper Bailey; his siblings, Joyce Wadkins, Peter Vermette (Pat), Rita Larkin (Dan), Mary Driscoll (Jim), Mark Vermette (Brenda) and Barb Emery (Bill); and his brother-in-law Rick Hutchins (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
