She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Stevens (Cornish); and her sister Kim Kuzmik. She is survived by: her father John Kuzmik; her husband Brent Holmes; her sons, Steven Spooner (Wendy) and Tyler Spooner (Nicole); her grandchildren, Michael, Owen, Isabelle, Abigail, MacKenzie Spooner, Kaden and Trey Luster; and her sisters, Kay Kuzmik (Jeff Shirlock), Cassandra Kuzmik, Cathy McDonald and Robin Stevens (John Pulsifer). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
