He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert J. Williams, Jr. and Mary S. Williams (McVeigh); his wife Mary M. Williams of Warren; his children, Elizabeth Palan of Bethesda, MD, Daisy Scarzello of Northfield and Herbert J. Williams IV; his grandchildren, Chloe, Nina, Owen Palan of Bethesda, MD, Lucciana, Vitalia and Evalina Scarzello of Northfield; and his siblings, MaryAnn Walker, Thomas Williams and Deborah Williams.
