He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry O. Benoir and Elsie M. Benoir (Kerry); his wife Brenda Benoir of Vershire, VT.; and his siblings, Stanley Benoir, Douglas Benoir and Roberta Shonio.

He is survived by: his son William Benoir; his siblings, Wendell Benoir and Joan Farrell of Bethel, VT.; and his granddaughter Heather Tufts.
