She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Harold and Dorothy Minnie Chapman (Pierce); and her siblings, James, Roy, Robert, Russell Chapman, Marilyn Best and Kim Leiterman.
She is survived by: her husband David A. Miller; her children, John Miller of North Kingstown, RI and Kerri Miller of Seattle, WA; her siblings, Betty Weatherhead of Guilford and Ronald Chapman of Greenville, SC; and her grandchildren, Hannah Miller and Braden Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Irene's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
