She is survived by: her children, Bryan Nye (Dru) of Loris, SC, Brenda Lattrell (Dan) of Lincoln, VT, Belinda Nixon (Rusty) of Bowdoin, ME and Barry Nye (Katherine) of Sheldon, VT; her grandchildren, James Nye, Benjamin Nye, Bryce Nye, Laurel Lattrell, Amber Lattrell, Emily Nixon, Anna Nixon, Laura Tacher, Daniel Nye, Jacob Nye and Joshua Nye; her great grandchildren, Nolan Nye, Bruce Nye, Alfred Nye and Dale Nye; and her sisters, Janet Fernandes of Brooklyn, CT and Marguerite Burns of Albany, NY..
Mae has requested that any donations in her name be sent to the Vergennes Congregational Church where she was a member for many years.
