He is survived by: his wife Tiffanie; his children, Ryan West Josh West (Ashley), Mariah Bosse (Isaac), Chuck Booska and Sue Ann Booska (Steven); his brothers, Larry (Cathy) and Michael (Tammie); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Hayden, Quinn, Westley, Hunter, Steven, Ray and Nevaeh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
