He is survived by: his son Adam Bister; his daughter-in-law Caetlin Bister; his stepdaughter Tracie Kernen; his siblings, George Bister (Brenda Bister), Donna Bister (Marc Estrin), Rebecca Bates (Bob Bates), Jean Weber (Paul Weber) and Monica Dattilio (Jim Dattilio); and his former wife Debora Sourdiff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
