He is survived by: his parents, Garry Welch and Jean Welch (Savery); his brother Mike Betz (Bobbie Jo); his nieces and nephews, Joey, Branden, Tori, Devyn and Kira; his sister Christina Welch; his aunts and uncles, Brian (Wendy Savery), Bruce (Debbie Savery), Gerry (Paula Welch), Pauline (Elden Atkins), Terry (Jim Bolonger), Cathy (Bruce Green), Sandy (Mike Carpenter), Cheryl (Greg Manning) and Jeanine Welch; and also Nekita Laplante.
