He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Lucier and Wilma Lucier (Leavitt); his wife Frances T. Lucier; his children, Stephen Lucier and Cindy Stolpa; his grandchildren, Jason Lucier and Jennifer Stolpa; and his brother Norman Lucier.

He is survived by: his son Mark Lucier; and his grandchildren, Jamie Blanton, Derrick Blanton, Kate Lucier, Theresa Stolpa, Eric Lucier, Ryan Lucier and Nathan Lucier. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
