Doris I. Delisle Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, Doris I. Delisle of Townshend, Vermont passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris I. Delisle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Holden and Vivian Holden; her husband Arnold; her daughter Susan B DeLisle; her siblings, Virginia Lindenburg and Wallace Holden (Stub); and her friend Marion Emerson.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Goad (Daniel Brannin), Jimmy Jones, David Jones (Jane), Lindsey DeLisle, Lorin DeLisle (Lisa) and Dawn DeLisle Vachon (Greg); her stepsons, Wayne and Neil DeLisle; her brother Robert Holden; her sister-in-law Lois DeLisle; and her son-in-law Charlie Trombley. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 16 great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She loved gatherings and her favorite was the annual family picnic.The family wants to acknowledge the excellent, compassionate, and loving care she received from Brenda, Craig, Maureen, Kate, Deb & Luci and the care provided to her from the Fisher House.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Goshen Ambulance Fund.
