Roxy Rose Maxfield Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxy Rose Maxfield (Thetford, Vermont), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kendall and Roxy Kendall; her siblings, Mary Eleanor Kendall, George Joseph Kendall Jr. and Charles Kendall; her former husband Lee Serman Chadwick III; her stepson Melvin Maxfield Jr.; and her granddaughter Katharine Eaton.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Eleanor; her sister Christine Lebrecque (Melvin); her daughters, Marielyn Chadwick, Cheryl Chadwick, Pamela Flaherty and Julia Eaton; and her stepchildren, Edward Maxfield (Susan), Cynthia Johnson (Richard) and Eric Maxfield (Bonnie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Thetford Baptist Church (97 Church Ln, East Thetford, VT 05043).
