He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph and Rose Dixon Kearney; his brothers, Kevin James and Michael Joseph Kearney; and his daughter Emily Rose Kearney.
He is survived by: his son Paul Kearney; his daughter-in-law Jill Rotondo of South Burlington, Vermont; his brother Thomas Kearney; his sister-in-law Rebecca Pschirrer of Hanover; his sisters, Helen Kovatch (Steven Kovatch) of Jefferson Township, Pennsylvania and Maureen; and his former wives, Margaret Kearney of Rochester, Ann Kearney of Thetford Center and Ruth Moore of Burlington, Vermont. He is also survived by five nephews and nieces.
