He is survived by: his son Vance Jr. (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Mason and Juliana of Connecticut; his siblings, Timothy Picard of Georgia, Pamela Picard of Florida, Victor (Melinda Picard) and Linda; his brother-in-law Steven Longley; his sisters, Rebecca Bean and Susan (Tony Dutkiewicz); and his brother-in-law Carlo Corbiel of St. Albans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
