He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand and Julia Baillargeon, Sr. (Olivier); his sister Loretta Trapanier; and his brother-in-law Edward Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann F. Hibbard; his children, Tina, Robert Viens of Derry, NH, Kim, William Manahan of St. Albans, VT, Scott Baillargeon of Colchester, VT, Lisa and Paul Laroe of Swanton, VT; his grandchildren, Patrick, Jess, Mark, Kiley, Nick, Jenna, Kaity-Jo, Collin and Lauren; his godson Jason Baillargeon (June); and his siblings, Daniel (Wanda Baillargeon), Jeanne (Russell Westcott), Leona Nicholas, Polly, Rod O'Connor, Janet and David Bean.
