We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2019, at the age of 85, Wendall Mansfield (Stowe, Vermont) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Fred Mansfield and Lura Magoon Mansfield; his wife Phyllis Ida Percy; his siblings-in-law, Paul Percy (Lee), Dale Percy (Jeannine) and Sally Percy; his nieces and nephews, Robert Whitcomb of Middlebury, Dana Percy (Chip) of Stowe, Dean Percy, Peter Percy, Neil Percy, John Percy, Ryan Percy, Martha Lambert of Alburgh, Pamela Lamare of Morrisville, Sandra Bilstad of North Dakota and Venita Percy Tibbits of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Elroy, Walter, Tracey and Mavis Robinson.
