He is survived by: his children, Penny Dow (Doug), April Orvis (Bill), Wendell and Star Porter (Tony); and his siblings, Genevieve Tatro, Michael Fitzpatrick, Earl Tilley and Ellis Grace. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and one great grandson.
