He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Fullam, Richard Fullam, Malcolm Fullam, Pearl Abbott and Nancy Burton.
He is survived by: his parents, Herbert B. and Lillian Fullam (Hutchinson); and his daughter Lisa Fullam of Oakland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
