He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert "Del" and Elizabeth Colburn (Manley); and his son Wayne E. Colburn. He is survived by: his spouse Orella Ferne Woodley; his son Robert "Rob" Colburn, Jr.; his grandsons, Dustin and Wade Colburn; and his sister Diane Colburn. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law and nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
