She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence J. and Clarice E. Morse (Marcotte); her spouse Clyde "Bill" Wharton Jr.; her siblings, Laurene Hooper, Polly Fox and Robert Morse; and her son Earl Glidden.
She is survived by: her daughter Monique Plankey of Springfield; her stepdaughters, Mirinda Waterman, Justine Wharton-Black, Karalyn Wharton of Spokane and Kimberly Jeffries of Great Barrington; and her sister Lorrelie "Lolly" Vittum of Springfield. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three step-grandsons.
