She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Eugene Swasey and Mildred Logan Swasey; her husband Walter Watson Smith; her daughters, Judith Adams of Thetford, VT and Janice Smith of Weymouth, MA.; her grandchildren, Amy Adams Marquis of Swanton, VT, Christian Smith Adams (Elizabeth) of Essex, VT, Jeffrey Ronald Adams (Laurie) of Jericho, VT and Kathryn Adams Gillam (Stephen) of Wilder, VT; her son-in-law Sid Adams of Derby, VT.; her great grandchild Justin Marquis (Olivia) of Boston, MA.; her son Russell Arnold Smith; her great grandchild Elaina Rachel Marquis; and her siblings, Eleanor Stevens, Marjorie Thibodeau, Thelma Mason, Eugene Swasey and Gordon Swasey.
