She is survived by: her parents, Czeslaw Peciak and Maria Peciak (Wlodarczyk); her husband Kazimierz Antosiewicz; her children, Katarzyna Garrett, Marek, Aleksander and Alicja; and her siblings, Mirka Rutkowska, Theresa Zmarzly and Marek Peciak. She is also survived by three granddaughters, a grandson.
