He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Noel and Pauline Noel (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Laura of Springfield; and his sisters, Kathy Wright of Dummerston, VT and Jeri Fortier (James) of Homosassa, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Services will be private and memorial donations are appreciated to a no kill animal shelter or animal sanctuary.
