She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ralph Gillett (Boots); her sisters, Katherine Richardson and Elizabeth Wood; her children, Deborah Roecker (Steven) of Rexford, Ralph Gillett (Joy Ehrhardt) of Arundel, Maine and Hamilton Gillett of Windsor, Vermont.; her grandchildren, Geoff Roecker (Esther) of Glens Falls and Gretchen Roecker (Jorge Moreno) of Lander, Wyoming.; her great grandchild Silas Edmund Roecker; and her parents, Hamilton Wood and Katherine Wood.
A private burial service will take place at the Methodist Cemetery in South Woodstock.In lieu of flowers Fran has requested that donations may be made to the Deacon's Fund of the First Congregational Church of Woodstock (36 Elm Street, Woodstock, VT 05091) or to the Thompson Senior Center (99 Senior Lane, Woodstock, VT 05091).
