He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Luther of Sharon and Graidi (Jaiver) of South Royalton; his stepdaughter Emily of South Burlington; his siblings, Charles (Terri), Cynthia Dalrymple (Clark) and Susan Erickson; and his stepmother Joyce Ainsworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
