It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Blanchette (South Burlington, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond (KoKo), Mary Blanchette (Memere) and Christos Condos (Pappou). He is survived by: his parents, Mark Blanchette and Maria Blanchette (Condos); his sister Nicole; his brother-in-law Matt Kozlowski; his nephew Jackson Kozlowski; his grandmother Irene Condos; his cousins, Kellie and Joshua Ralph; and also, Athena, Caleb, Christopher, Julie Condos, Alex, Griffin, Sophia, Lincoln, Chelsea Condos, Chris Parizo, Emerson and Elias.
