He was predeceased by: his father Robert S. Babcock, Sr.; and his siblings, Ann Babcock Henderson and Peter Babcock. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Ging; his son Rob Babcock (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Nicole and Jason of Bethesda, MD; his child Shannon Babcock; his grandchildren, Jake and Danielle of Chicago, IL.; his sisters, Julie Babcock of Ambergris Caye, Belize and Marty (Kas Kinkead) of Seattle, WA; and also, Dawn LaCross, Keta Clark and Drs. He is also survived by four nephews and a niece and their children.
