He was predeceased by: his son Gregory; his parents, Alfred Couture and Marguerite Couture (Archambault); and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Suzanne Letourneau (Donald); his grandchildren, Lindsay DeBello (David), Kaitlin, Jennifer and Emily; his daughter Katherine Leary (Christie); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexandria; his daughter Joanne Drouin (Brian); his grandchildren, Kylie, Jonathan and Meghan; his son Michael (Michelle); his grandchildren, Reed, Samuel, Maron, Maddox, Makena and Hana; his great grandchildren, Evelynn Clancy, Vara III and David DeBello III; and his siblings, Paul (Deanna), Maurice, Bernard, Janice, James (Doreen), Gerald (Virginia) and Marguerite Murray.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the King School or Rice Memorial High School.
