He was predeceased by: his parents, Mederick Brousseau and Simonne Brousseau (Morrisette); his brother Donald Brousseau; his grandson James Racine; and his daughter Veronica "Ronnie" LaBelle (Julien).
He is survived by: his children, Travis Brousseau (Tammy) of Grand Isle and Angela Racine (Christopher Racine) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Ben, Corey, Nikki, Tiffany (Dylan Louko) and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Grayson and Austin; and his sister Sue Cooper (Lou Cooper) of Williston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
