Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Pilar Velez of South Burlington, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 92, on November 8, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pilar Rodriguez and Juan Saba Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Miriam "Cookie" Vega, George Velez, Fred Velez and Charlie Velez; her children-in-law, Ray Vega, Nancy Velez, Linda Walsh and Sandra Velez; and her grandchildren, Melody Goldman, Franklyn Cruz, Jordan Cruz, Nancy Velez Cruz, Jenise Gorman, Melani Rae Vega, Desi Velez, Aaron Vega, Thomas Vega, Amanda Robenstine, Samantha Loomis and Esmeralda Morales. She is also survived by great grand children.
Arrangements will be handled by AW Rich Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
