He is survived by: his wife Sandy Meuwissen Riggs; his brother Art Riggs of Oakland, CA; his children, Chris Riggs (Elizabeth) of Ann Arbor and Katrina Riggs Webster (Dan) of Shelburne, VT; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Lucie, Hollis and Colette.
