It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alexandrides of South Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mary departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Alexander Peter Alexandrides. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Faris and Rita Daley (Paul); and her grandsons, Alex Faris, Andrew Faris (Madeline) and Thomas Daley. She is also survived by two great granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (5171 Shelburne Rd, Shelburne, VT 05482).
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne, VT or the McClure Miller Respite House, Colchester, VT.
