She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jacob Batchelder and Hildred Lyster Batchelder; her husband Maurice Vercoe; her brothers, Carl Batchelder, Jr. and Harold Batchelder; her sister-in-law Eleanor; and also, W. Norman Vercoe, Charlotte Fleming and James.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Vercoe (Robin) and Cheryl Fatnassi (Ezzeddine); her grandchildren, Jennifer Ruggiero (Eric), Hethba Fatnassi (Tony Kaigle), Kellie Mellish (Mac) and Aziz Fatnassi; her great grandchildren, Mason, Megan, Max Ruggiero, Maeve Mellish and Idris Fatnassi Kaigle; her nieces, Jade Gale Northrup (Kerry), Ashley Coker (Michael) and Susan Steele (Reggie); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Granai Vercoe.
