He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katherine Chiriatti and Lawrence Chiriatti; his significant other Randee Bloomberg; his son Bruce; his daughter-in-law Rana; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law George; and his brothers, Rich (Theresa) and Mike (Judi). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Lou was also an avid University of Vermont sports fan, attending men's and women's basketball and hockey games all season long and supporting the athletics department through donations and by cheering them on from the stands.
