He was predeceased by: his mother Cornelia Catarina Boutard (Borgmeyer); his sister Cornelia Boutard (Coba); his former wife Wilhelmina Catalina Te-Winkel; and his children, Jean Baptiste Boutard (Karen) and Johanna Clara Boutard (Hanneke).
He is survived by: his wife Dieuwke Boutard; his children, Manoah Boutard (Elissha), Cornelia Smit (Rob), Tamarah Fischer (Christopher), Bithiah Cushman (Fred Jr.) and Abijah Haub (Joshua); his grandchildren, Mary (Gerrit), Kathy (Ati), Willem (Kris), Lacrecia, Jamie, Jerome, John III, Kristin, Kandice, Brevin, Adelaide, Zehra, Micaiah, Simon and Lucy; and his great grandchildren, Jackie, Kristi, Twan, Jeffrey, Dennis, David, Terae (Breianne), Shanese, Miles, Harley, Kellan, Mason and Clover.
