It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanore Underwood Carpenter of South Burlington, Vermont, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Underwood and Jean Underwood Marshall; her stepfather Richard Marshall; and her brother Chuck Underwood. She is survived by: her former husband Mark Sinclair; her siblings, Sali Hazard (Joe) and David Underwood (Kathaleen); and her sons, Beck Sinclair (Allie Kaye) and David Sinclair (Isabel Caldwell). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, their children, step-brothers and sister, as well as many valued friends.
