He was predeceased by: his sister Gail. He is survived by: his wife Clayda; his children, Dave W. (Cathy) and Carol Bristol (Lee); his grandchildren, Justin, Chad, Kate and Caitlin; his great grandchildren, Violet and Ivy; and his siblings, Lance (Rita) and Sandra (Myron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
