He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his mother Ruth Fowler; his siblings, Susan Fowler, Doug Fowler (Karen), Ed Fowler (Nancy), Paul Fowler and Mark Fowler; his sons, Scott Franks, Benjamin Donnon and Andrew Donnon; and his grandchildren, Eliza Donnon, James Donnon, Garrett Franks, Alayna Franks and Riley Franks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
