Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Whalen (South Burlington, Vermont), born in Hardwick, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 89, on January 22, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robb and Nora Robb; her brother William Robb (Faye Robb); and her son Shawn Whalen. She is survived by: her spouse Ted Whalen; her siblings, Claire Cowell (Tom) and John Robb (Connie); her daughters, Katie Pelkey and Betsy; her daughter-in-law Christina Whalen; and her grandchildren, Sophie, Sarah Whalen, Hunter and Graem Pelkey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
