He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Furness and Lucy Furness (Eaton); his wife Mary Josephine; his sisters, Marjorie Furness, Luetta Gordy (George) and Cora Nassivera (Thomas); his father-in-law Luigi Gabriele (Maria); his siblings-in-law, Antonio Gabriele (Helen), George N. Bogue, Jeannette Ranney (Philip) and Emilie Henk (Robert); and his daughter-in-law Ruth Furness.
He is survived by: his son Steven A. Furness of Georgia, VT; his grandchildren, Steven J. Furness (Shannon) of Monroe, NC and Hannah Furness Kida (Shunjiro Clifford) of Santa Fe, NM; his great grandchildren, Keegan Furness, Paxton Furness, Asher Furness and Royce Furness of Monroe, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Raymond Gabriele (Joan) of Rutland, VT and Eva Bogue of Williston, VT. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces; and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Arnold's memory may be made to the local Age Well or to a favorite charity of one's choice.
