He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Gherardi and Eleonora Gherardi (Bianchi); his former spouse Nira Anderson; his wife Marge of South Burlington; his children, Mark (Martha), Paula (Ron Plante) of Barre, Diane (Paul Blais) of South Burlington and Carol Decker Trihy of South Burlington; his grandchildren, Paige, Eddie Lamthi, Max Gherardi, Keith, Allison Plante, Dan, Jenn Plante, Brittany Blais (Danny Will) and Brian Blais; his great grandchildren, Serafina, Aurelia Lamthi, Elyse, Mace and Nira Plante; and his sisters, Rina Watson, Dorothy Buttura and Elaine Taylor.
