She was predeceased by: her father Charles W. Treadway. She is survived by: her mother Margery Treadway (Bullard); and her siblings, Charlene Barrett (Paul), Michael Treadway (Lucinda), Cindy Rose and Melissa Hays (Bill). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
