He is survived by: his children, Chris Howard, Tara Scott, Nathan Acosta and Anita Acosta Pina; and his siblings, Juanita Acosta and Gilbert Garcia. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
