He is survived by: his father Richard DeForge Sr. of Milton; his wife Laura Beth Dustin of Sheldon; his daughters, MacKenzie Dustin and Sadie Dustin-DeForge; his mother Kim DeForge Cronin of Colchester; his mother-in-law Sandra Dustin; his grandfather John Hill of Essex Junction; his siblings, Brian DeForge (Ashley) of St. Albans, Bill Bigelow (Jennifer) of Georgia, Christopher Bigelow (Kristy) of Georgia and Amy Bigelow-Domina of Colchester; his cousins, Amanda and Sarah Barbour; his aunts and uncles, Dawn Fleury of Milton, Scott Hill (Jackie) of Milton, Julie Barbour (Jeff) of Milton, Beth Gordon of Milton, John Hill (Lorraine) of Milton, Janet Hill of Milton, Richard DeForge Jr. of Milton and Robert DeForge of Milton; and also, Ernest Dustin III, Cindy Raymond of Jericho, Rex Dustin of Jericho, Debra Brown (Bill) of Gorham, ME, Rebecca Bushey (Ron) of Colchester, Troy Capen of Burlington, RaeAnn Couture of Burlington, Matt Capen (Christina) of Texas and Jack Dustin (Lisa) of Sheldon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
